Do you find it difficult to choose what to eat?

Plan your meal in advance - saves you time and help you make healthier choices.


Food Plan

Breakfast

Choose 4 different types of Breakfast, and then repeat 3 of them.

  • 1 oats (porridge)

  • 2 Eggs

  • 3 Greek yoghurt and fruit

  • 4 Granola

  • 14 lunches / dinners

  • 2 x fish meals

  • 5 x meat meal (Chicken / turkey)

  • Meat free meal

  • Tofu

  • Salads - cheese/ tuna/ beans /lentils

These will help you increase protein , eat healthy and stop snacking.
