1 oats (porridge)
2 Eggs
3 Greek yoghurt and fruit
4 Granola
14 lunches / dinners
2 x fish meals
5 x meat meal (Chicken / turkey)
Meat free meal
Tofu
Salads - cheese/ tuna/ beans /lentils
These will help you increase protein , eat healthy and stop snacking.
